The staff went above and beyond, washing my clothes when my airline lost my luggage. Their kindness truly turned my stressful situation into a manageable one.

Unfortunately, the suite had a musty odor that lingered, making relaxation difficult. It detracted from an otherwise warm experience and was quite disheartening.

A suite without windows feels extremely cramped!!! Bathroom odor was quite unpleasant, making the stay uncomfortable. The honesty bar discrepancies were frustrating, requiring better oversight!!!

Staying with my friends was a blast! The colorful murals and beautiful architecture felt like being in a living museum. We loved visiting the stunning Santo Domingo Church and local markets. It's in a prime spot, with great dining options nearby. The staff was super helpful, making our stay comfy and fun.

However, the location next to a loud nightclub made it hard to sleep at night, especially since it blasted music until 3 am.

The hotel is perfectly situated in Oaxaca's Cultural Center, making it easy to explore local markets and restaurants. The breakfast was a standout. the mushroom memela was the best dish we tried during our stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, creating a warm atmosphere that made us feel at home.

We had an amazing 4-night stay in the Executive Suite, where the breakfast was the best we've ever had, and the beautiful fountain in the courtyard was incredibly calming. The hotel also had a cozy lounge area and a great reading nook for some chill time. Although parking was a bit tight, it didn't affect our overall fantastic experience. 😊
